We're averaging an HRBP leaving almost every 2 months since the reorg in wave 2. Are we going to do away with this pool model? It's confusing and not working.

@ct
The beatings will continue until morale improves
I heard forced rankings will eliminate 5-10% and second half 2027 will be small reorgs within departments for another 5-10%. HRBPs and L&T will be on the block as they are the easiest HR employees to replace. Good luck out there.
@b8 nothing is different my a**
The only place that is safe in HR is the LT. They can and will continue to mismanage the org and chew us up and sp-t us out. We are all replaceable according to them.
@c8 when is the HR reorg supposed to take place?
Is there a organization that will be safe from the next round?
I have heard that there will be a 10% cut next year after a 5% forced rankings cut. Leading performance is a magnificant failure and even the architects organizations are currently being reorganized. If your hoping to EOI, we will get our chance.
There is an entire leading performance team working on head count reductions. They have targeted HRBP, TR, L&T as the current low hanging fruit. They don't care and are upset that we don't have more self selected attrition.
LT is celebrating each exit. They have headcount reductions to make and each exit makes their numbers look better.
They have been steadily filling them, so nothing's different.
And how long until they actually start backfilling these exits??
