All the more reason to start networking and applying now vs. waiting for Nike to dictate it for you. There are also more opportunities if you are willing to leave the state and/or switch industries.
@e3 yep people aren't burning through savings and loosing everything trying to survive on sh---y work in the metro rather than moving to a metro with much more economic stability.
@e2 yeah totally the job market is really good now and I never thought of applying elsewhere.
Why not be proactive and find another job? Don’t let that toxic company have the power over you. Look out for yourself.

In the good old days prior to legion insanity, a pair of Nike shoes and a share of Nike stock were about the same price.
Stop stressing, your life and career is bigger and better than Nike.
A lot will happen after. And not just in the business, much to my surprise.
EH is about to get sacked and VA will become our next CEO. Nike will be an INDIAN company soon.
