We were told there is a renewed call for MN and DC offices rto. Managers will get more reporting and will have employees on it that are 3.5 days per week or less in a rolling 12 week period.

The reporting a renewed push is true. But I don’t believe it puts you on a list. Your manager and their manager have say the majority of the time who is impacted by RIFs (I say most because I do know of managers being shocked of team members being let go without their knowledge). It’s up to your manager and up their chain the enforce the RTO policy and some do and some don’t. No matter which category you fall in I realize it’s not fair and very few people agree with the RTO policy

So not extending the scope of RTO? Just more enforcement for those already called back in?
Seems like not every management team enforces it the same currently. This will probably change that and just be a way to drop those people who skip a day or two.
