They have laid off so many people not one person wants to go the extra mile. Everyone is deflated, everyone says not my department. This company is honestly so fkd up. Why isn’t management stepping up? Protect the base ….. how about treat our customers with respect. Not one update from James Mc a total waste of space. Renewals are falling off a cliff and I’m being punished for it. Sort it out !

@nc No! a5 is telling only truths. Hiring, growth, HR is backed up. Our payment system is currently overloaded because of how many companies are trying to write us checks right now
@a5 , I cracked your code. Blinked twice if you are being coerced to write the spiel in a scam center.
The markets love(loath) us
The energy in the office is incredible(terrible). We are hiring(firing) so many that HR can't keep up
Our stock price is heading up(treading water) due to all the new(few) customers
There are zero(zeroes behind the number 1) layoffs on the horizon as our CEO said on the town hall
@am when you manipulate the numbers to tell the story you want, of course they look good.
Why would anyone in their right mind want to go the extra mile? Unless there’s going to be some sort of incentive to do it. At OT, good work gets rewarded with more work. Do the bare minimum and get the fz&k out at the EoD.
@f3 The company is in a nosedive.
They refuse to let you hire replacements.
It's all down hill from here.
@OP the company is thriving, HR can't keep up with the paperwork due to all the new hires
@de at least renewals are close to 100%
You must be loving the IT leadership. Who volunteered the responsibility to reduce cost at the cost of working systems, processes, and assets. All synchronous integrations, functional processes, effective people are all trimmed, and customer and security put on risk for gain of dimes and her prized pride. Worrisome is, she is still breaking this company apart under deceiving banner ( gender/STEM/leadership) and being part of same boat, we cant really do anything, other than crying loud at forums like this.
Where is Todd and James in all of this? Todd was paid $7.5M and James $4.1M in total compensation in F26 per the proxy circular. Two people earning over $11M in a single year. They must be working their tails off around the clock for our employees and customers ???
@bx Right?! I've had a client trying to give us money for a MONTH but credit approval, then VP approval, then cloud desk approval, then product manager approval, then deal desk approval, then credit approval again because the deal value changed slightly.
This is why partners are leaving us. We take too long. Time ki-ls deals
Try and and get a quote approved and book one….. weeks and weeks of mindless emails it’s fkd
@bf Perhaps the problem is that they simply don't know how? Seen that too many times.
I thought with "one" open text, there is no more "this is not my department/job" and everyone is happy to help
The market hates us.
OpenText is down 55.58% over the last 5 years.
HR makes it nearly impossible to hire for a position that they fired a great employee from.
We su-k and we all know we su-k
I don't know what team your on but that is not my team. You do you. This website is incredible depressing. idk Why I visited it but this black and white between people on here is just weird. Yall hate it or this guy loves it. Reality its an enterprise with pain but most of us enjoy working together that I talk to and I span a lot of different teams.
@OP renewals are doing very well , high 90s are renewing
@a5 agreed and confirmed 100%
The markets love us
