My last day was 9/4. On 9/5 I got an email to change my workday info. I did. Last week I could log in just fine. now I’m completely locked out and I need a copy of my last pay. I’ve been on hold for an HR rep for 57 minutes now.
Is there an easier way to access our information???

I am having the same issue today. Locked out! On hold with HR over 30 minutes & gave up! They should have a designated VSP team to assist.

Call later in the day and you will get right thru. Everyone tries to call during business hours. Talking from experience
You can only access pay info via dayforce website which is different workday. The vsp resource will have the dayforce website and the code to register
Go to the vsp site and find the link to the dayforce login. The username should be your workday id and just reset your password. Once in there you should be able to see all your paystubs
