Anyone else feel like a VZ Pulse Survey is just an indicator that another round of RIFs and restructuring is coming? I’d guess, from the timing, that an announcement will happen in October with severance dates effective December/January. I have no proof, other than historical rounds following survey these last couple years.

have you not noticed its a quarterly Pulse survey? In fact its even called that
Pulse happens every Quarter, but I wouldn't doubt RIF's are otw since they kind of always are.
Restructuring is already happening. I’m certain RIFs will follow soon.
