Checking in here as a Small Business banker under HK.
Tired of going door to door trying to sell to customers, and getting earfuls from those who have absolutely had it with the banks exploitative fees and poor service.
Earth to Gunjan, nobody wants a product where the first thing that they get when they contact customer service is an offshore rep, asking them for a 10/10 review before actually solving their problem.
I can’t tell you the # of times an angry customer has come with a box of POS equipment, demanding a refund, that a banker has no authority to provide.
And this psychopath thinks that all that needs to be done is sell harder.
Fed up with this dump.

So go work elsewhere. It’s a free country.
