If im planning to leave January 1st will I still get my ACB? Policy says employees who are employed through December 31st are eligible.
Does anyone know how it works if I leave before the April payout date?

If you quit you don’t get bonus. If you get laid off and your last day is in 2027 you will get it.
If you are going for a new opportunity, have them give you a sign on bonus that can make up for the lost bonus…
Eligible, not entitled. You may be marked as a bad leaver and get nothing. Best to wait until you have that money in your account. That said, who knows if any of us will even get anything

Now, you can’t just say you’re quitting without sharing why?
It’s written in policy and not worth getting sued over so they will pay it. Always wondered if the multiplier would be adjusted tho. Manager could say you were terrible last quarter before leaving..?
