So vp’s don’t touch their sr directors or directors but layoff all the Nike engineers.
The systems are unstable as Accenture did a sh---y job and know nothing.
Big issues occur and vps hammer down on why things are not fixed.
Directors and sr directors are trying to fix but have no tech knowledge or background and Accenture is clueless.

In my team we spend hours, days and weeks hand holding ACN folks to do the job they're supposed to do. Yet they cannot deliver. They just don't have the ABAP skills they claim to have. If they do deliver anything after multiple quarters, it's poorly written and fails basic testing. For this Nike is paying millions of $ to ACN and some VP is getting a nice kickback.
Note this is weeks worth of work being delivered after multiple quarters if at all with poor code quality. They took multiple quarters to settle in and transition during which time nothing was delivered. They have Nike by the ba--s.
Don't worry, ITC is riding in to save the day, just, not during the day, and they are riding in a tricycles
you guys keep on yelling about how Accenture messed up SEC but the real outcome is Nike Tech gave Accenture a bigger contract. Food for thought.
Very well said, OP. Accenture brought in resources A, B, C, who do not have any idea what is going on here. They fix one incident, but the fix creates three new ones. Enjoy the fun ride ahead. All the best to our leadership team.
Things don’t get fixed because nobody listens to the folks calling out what’s broken, and nobody is accountable for the sh-t they put into production. Fixing after they’re broken just leads to more of a patchwork mess of workarounds because Accenture is incapable of doing anything. When things really get broken is up front —- because the ability to gather business requirements, and frame them into systems requirements against the backdrop of what’s right in the industry, how the package works, and what Nike needs to do —- are skills that are severely lacking now. Now it’s literally “go code, requirements will come later”. Wondering why sh-t goes into production when not listening to anyone calling out sh-t designs, cr-ppy coding, and incompetent testing … that’s just being late to the party, not contributing any of the food you were supposed to bring, and then complaining the food is sh-t. Participate up front, take down the roadblocks to doing the right thing, make some effort at actually being agile, lean, or whatever… or STFU
