Just saw that TEBG quality cut 4 of its managers/directors. I assume the plan is for that VP to bring in his own croonies to do the role. Meanwhile the rest of us are all waiting for someone to be announced to be able to get resources assigned and projects approved. What a joke.

Bill is having daily calls to track the sales order till last day of Q3. According to ESC VP, this is the worst sales period he has ever faced.

@q8 Currens was given a separation notice...so he decided to retire. I suspect that the others were also given a similar notice.

Not just TEBG … in our country we had our Quality Manager made redundant who was managing each quality person across all 3 BG’s. Illegal to make redundant and then replace but ofcourse we all know 3M has their loop holes.

Anyone in the Reverend's organization should get their resume in order and start looking immediately. The guy just had 4 directors "retire" and replaced them with...himself. If you don't think he's not going to find some more cost savings by consolidating those 4 groups into one under whichever crony he finds to hire, you are kidding yourself. I wish you well... I can't imagine what this will do to quality within TEBG.

Now now, they didn't get cut. All 4 announced their intention to retire. Less than 2 weeks from now. All 4 at the same time. Must just be a coincidence. We wouldn't possibly cut 4 seasoned quality manager/directors at the same time. That would be unwise.

They cannot eliminate a position and hire somebody in that position by HR rules. They have to wait 6 months
