This is way longer, already been at least 9 months. Inept management!
Unfortunately it takes around 4 months from conception to execution on re-orgs. It’s extremely painful for the rank and file. They also have to co-ordinate with the 3rd party HR entity People Solutions to drop the hammer.
Merch is going to get gutted….

Nike leadership is the most ineffective I’ve seen in the corporate world. Years of nepotism and reluctance to promote people who are capable have created a culture where visibility, networking and chitchat matter more than competence. I’m not surprised they leave people hanging off a cliff like this
