Just heard we got a new director and she is from there. Why is all senior management affiliated with this school?

Lots of seniors management worked in retail shops and are vp and directors now. If you don’t want strayer u alum, then go to banking or consulting
When you can't land employees with advanced degrees from real schools, I guess you take what you can get from diploma mills. And you wonder why this place is so awful to work at.

Strayer University had a team permanently located in our location to sign up employees. A lot of us took advantage of the convenience.
And we wonder why no strategy to adapt to market forces
Then again my Department in Consumer had a DEI Director from North Jersey hood with a high school diploma.
Let's put it this way, if you were sitting in a doctors office and they had a degree from Strayer, would you keep your appointment?

Strayer is commonly used by (but not limited to) active duty military members to continue education while in the field. It's not an elite school but if we are still trying to recruit veterans, we'll likely see more from there.
