Takis mentioned promotions are there this year but Tech FIG hugely impacted this year no merit or Promotion cycles despite of many concerns raised to Sr Leadership! Looks like FIG co head blocked that and Takis isn’t aware?

@dp Thats not true here. No one from tech side got promoted in FIG! except few VPs.
If you are H1B you get promoted

He got a big promotion and increase in pay. Maybe that is the promotion he was talking about?
@OP Some of us were promoted in Merchant. Sounds like its a FIG thing.
