22 home triage nurses fired today. Still no update on when or what is happening with Optum Rhinebeck. Supervisors get very angry when asked about it, and don't understand why people are looking elsewhere. How long are they going to string us along.

All of the OBGYN and Pulmonologists with Optum Redlands and Beaumont clinics in SoCal were laid off in today's round.

@am Home triage nurses are RNs who evaluate patient symptoms and care needs remotely, or manage after-hours clinical support for home-based care.

@OP They were laid off, not fired, correct? Redeployment in Optum is hard and even if you do get it, you may have to take a cut in grade level.
