Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Down nearly 68% in the last five years

The leadership that allows for something like this to happen is a disgrace.

"Only do what you're asked, and generally as slowly as possible with as many problems as possible passed back to block and delay everything."

After getting WFR, I regret the extra effort over the years and never being ill.
A far better life awaits if you take 2 weeks off "ill" every year and do the least you can.

@r3 They stay, say and do very little. Only do what you're asked, and generally as slowly as possible with as many problems as possible passed back to block and delay everything.

Don’t listen to what people say; watch what they do. It's not that complicated.

Hey Dufuses, I thought you will understand this by this time but none of you have not - and hence you are still in Dixie.

Let me explain one more time loud and clear. This place is for executives to come in and make some good money, have fun, travel and then get out to look for another gig. It is also for useless b-ms who cannot get jobs elsewhere. Good and smart workers have already ejected long time back.

Executives will slip out when they have taken their fair share. Look at me, have taken enough and am gone.......

Yes, we are working on the new time system - it is called time-drum--goole. Please enrol asap.

The company lost it way some time back. Most of its current staff are fully on board with the strategy of - don't give me a pay rise, don't expect any effort. Pay me to leave or pay me to wait to leave. As far as I'm concerned it's too late to turn the ship. They have burnt my skillset by not using it. Attending status meetings where I have no input and updating documents which nobody reads is boring and irrelevant. I don't need this job anymore, so I'm firmly on track with waiting to be paid to leave.

Just wait for the new timesheet system to be implemented, that'll surely get the shareprice motoring.
