Yeah sad but true especially for someone like me who just got things done but wasn't a bootlicker.

Wireless telecommunications has reached a mature stage of its lifecycle. The sector has been operating on borrowed time for years—a trend evident in Europe that is now increasingly reflected in the U.S. market.
With mobile-phone penetration already near saturation, most consumers have access to a device and a wireless provider. Going forward, the primary competitive differentiators will be pricing, service quality, customer experience, and value-added offerings rather than large-scale subscriber growth - none of which Verizon has currently.
We are unlikely to see network expansion at the pace experienced over the past decade. That period of rapid buildout has largely passed. This is not a pessimistic outlook; it is a realistic assessment of a mature, highly competitive industry.
