Got my 90 day notice.
They will repeat "nothing is changing, keep doing your work. If you were offered $15m, YOU'D TAKE IT TOO" in an uncalled-for condescending tone. The entire company is death-spiraling out of control; I'd imagine smaller sites like Lincoln will likely get shutdown within the next year or so to compensate for the incompetence.
FB makes a cameo.
tomorrow the ceo will gather all employees and say the layoffs were painful but required to transform the company. then everyone remaining will be asked to take on more work to ensure we meet the commitments to share holders. finally the ceo will acknowledge that most didn't get a pay adjustment this year and will not receive one next year due to the need to reduce costs. if you agree to these terms you may continue serving our great company and if not you can find the door.
