Dartmouth Health has announced significant workforce reductions and administrative restructuring. The health system is laying off 124 employees. Additionally, 303 open positions are being eliminated across its medical center and southern region clinics. These changes follow a reported loss of over $60 million earlier this year. Executive roles and administrative leadership are also being consolidated and restructured.
