@12j I called an attorney explaining how this company does some things I have never seen or heard of in my long career. The response is if you have a physical injury that can be proven, otherwise they can’t be bothered. I’m sure L3H knows and why they don’t care
I just got in contact with an enployment attorney regarding some of the antics in this place. 'Nuff said.
@hp this is definitely me! Love the site where I'm at and the people (for the most part), but I really hope that the directors and higher up execs get a grip on reality, the state of the economy, and an ACTUAL work life set up for the employeesthat are not in the same bracket as them. Otherwise, it's gonna get worse before it get better and by then it'll be late.
I like it. Like people, like job.

On strictly engineering grounds, we have some of the best engineers in the industry. Unfortunately they are led by some of the most sh--e leadership in corporate America that somehow can make routine tasks an absolute nightmare to get done.
I'm not just talking about those c-suite goofballs, although they obviously set a terrible precedent.

I like the locations I work at. Locally, the people are great and the process is fascinating.
As a whole, I wish the absolute worst on the people in charge of the company and think they're despicable people.
Looking for a way out currently. Almost 2 decades invested and its become insufferable.
I left L3H two months ago because I was fed up with the toxic environment created by incompetent and unethical managers and directors m. L3H can recruit best engineers in the industry, but unfortunately the company cannot keep them. When we figure out how $hitty this place is, we all leave.
A lot of good people, but hard to have high morale with the constant layoffs.
@bv it was ok during the Afghanistan war, but once the war ended the place went to sh-t.

This place was amazing until SM destroyed it in January 2026.
