@as If it's a layoff, you are very unlikely to prevail in a lawsuit against Oracle. It's called "at will employment."
@aa likely 4-6 months. Also, this time a lot of people plan to sue the company after being fired, they know they lose nothing, so...
Lots of Japac cuts today. Idk how long it’ll be until they’re actually removed from slack yet. The colleagues I know of are still on slack.
US is done, at least for now.
Not at scale. Europe will have it dragged out for next 3 months.
Cuts and hires happen 24/7. Oracle headcount has been trending downward for years.
