This question is mainly to the hWP folks. What pros and cons have you noticed so far in working with hGP processes and people?

Take this for what it is... I was let go this summer.
The hGP processes are heavy and it feels like you need a sherpa to help you navigate them all. I kind of get why we had to walk through such heavy processes, but it really ran counter to the pressure we were getting to deliver on goals.
