How likely is it that management will start to phase out as Ai learns the job? Should I be looking for a new job?

It is inevitable. No more morning line ups to make- ai can do it in a sec. No more checking on dwell and making sure employees are doing this or that. no more making sure training is done- all this can be automated through ai. Managers will just be a liabilty to the company and the only ones left are the ones who do the grunt work that ai cant do at this current moment.
AI or not...I don't always have resume updated. Never know with this "company" from one day to the next if you have a job or not.
FLSs should be replaced. Don't need them, they are worthless.
@OP if you worked at bnsf and was burned by them try to get a job at the
FRA
UP is already on there way of doing this.
