I was laid off and in the email you get it says provide a personal email for further correspondence and docs etc. I gave my name, work email, and personal email. It has been an hour and no docs. Any body get theirs? Did they take a while or right away?

@ag I think I signed up for wellhub when it first came out as a benefit years ago. Never really used it. I wouldn't even know how to cancel it.
@af IIRC, severance is paid after garden leave ends. YMMV.
If you have Wellhub gym benefit they start charging you if you are laid off. So cancel if you do not use it.
I signed the document with my personal ID at 6:30 AM my time and I have not received any severance agreement/information . Right after I signed it I was disconnected from Oracle email, SSO, etc. Does anyone know the procedure on what is specifically suppose to happen and when? I want to be sure I have continuation of healthcare (COBRA) and I get my severance, PTO, last pay - as everyone does. I called HR but no one picks up. I sent a question but it came back we will get back to you in two days. Thank you for any information on this

When I got hit I didn't get my first email about it until 8pm local time.
Forgot to put - That email was just the docs about the RIF. The email for docusign didn't come until two weeks later.

I got my severance letter at the same time as the personal email DocuSign. I was an hourly employee up until June when they cut me over to salaried. I went from accruing PTO to unlimited PTO, but didn't use any of my PTO and had near the max still accrued. Long story short, looks like they reduced my severance by the PTO amount I had accrued based on what people got in the April layoff. I wondered why my severance was so low, but then added in PTO on the books and it adds up. Can't say I'm surprised...
Just docusign. Provide personal email and sso, ocna, VPN, zoom, all access gone. 6am mail. 30min later access revoked. Sign docusign. Click finish and wait.
