Why wait unitl October when you can just lay off Senior staff in September. Go look at the latest thread the layoffs are this week with most happening today. Good product and content folks that hopefully will find their way to use their industry knowledge and experience to train AI system to kick FDS's a-s.
Hopefully you all land on your feet.
