Thread regarding Honeywell Aerospace layoffs

Rising sense of T2 panic

Anybody else getting distinct whiff of ammonia that indicates rising panic among the T2’s ?
Customer feedback must be brutal.

The long credit-card binge bill of leaner-faster-cheaper-ship at all cost ….
must be finally coming due.

Tommy boy is such a joke on the scrambling actions he drives - how is he back in charge of isc again - it was bad enough last time

There has been a significant push on having employees brainstorm potential revenue ideas for this year and into next.

So much so they are digging up the corpses of old ideas that were unsound the first time around and asking breathe life into something with no possibility of viability.

I see this as a side effect of our significantly reduced earnings projections. We can't hide behind big conglomerate Honeywell anymore if we hit bumps. As JC stated many times we are a "pure play" aerospace company now.

Hard to watch right now - T2 actions seems to be a scramble rather than driving long term success

Been seeing leadership huddling quite a bit the last few weeks for sure. Then there was that ridiculous “value stream” all employees meeting.. wtf was that? Are they seriously doubling down on lean?
