Is it really just based on who earns more? Is nothing else considered?

@gg basically a conversation with my manager on a three tier ranking of how much we want to retain them
@a7 what team/department? Was it all based on stats or is some of it based on how much you like people?
Good get rid of all these lazy people that are on PIPs first.
