Anyone else area focused on having all employees fill in trackers for production and what is being worked on daily and what lines of business you support? Seems we have been sent a handful of report trackers to fill out over past month or two…..

Yeah as others have commented that’s not a good sign and you are likely staring down the RIF barrel
we did this execise on my team and shortly afterwards our team was hit with Rifs every other month it seemed like
@g6 Agreed this is a red flag for sure.
In my experience, this normally means your area is being looked at for a RIF.
You update the tracker, to then get on a call to review the updates made to the tracker, to then revise the tracker, then schedule a one off to review the revised tracker, while simultaneously updating the same information in an enterprise tool that isn’t required by all associates to use let alone consistently to then create a PPT for a different set of stakeholders. Whereas people who have access to the enterprise tool would see all relevant project status, risks, progress if they just used the enterprise tool. So. Much. Waste.
Prepare for a reorg, etc
I would imagine Copilot and other software programs already are in use to gauge productivity.
