They are scapegoats. Once sh$t hits tge ceiling they will get blamed for the fiasco
Remember, Clay harassed a direct report so much that he committed su----e. He is a terrible person.
They should at least be put on PIPs.
I’m surprised they haven’t hired a new CEO. For one these rookies haven’t even held a title even close to CEO. Mike for example worked on a few verticals. And definitely nothing significant because Oracle applications are a pittance to their other businesses
