If you are in your 50s with the unpredictable rise in health care premiums this ipp isn't much. You will be giving it all back by the time you are Medicare eligible. For coverage for 2 is 650 a month now by 2030 800-900??

@b2 probably because 95% of those in that area have 25 years or more. Will be interesting to see how many people take it. The issue retirement healthcare costs. Have gone through the roof. Those close to or already Medicare eligible it's a no-brainer. But for those 5 or 10 years away for Medicare, there's a big risk.
Why can’t they offer a package to everyone with 25 or more years? I’m tired of keep seeing NY, NJ, Fl and India get hit with layoffs and the like. Look at every nook and cranny of Verizon if they want the stock to go higher by end of year.

Meh, that offer may get some 64 and a half year olds to retire, but not much more than that. A) pre Medicare medical costs are ridiculous and B) the Mango Insurrectionist has really done a job on the whole US economy. What’s coming might make the 2009 and 2020 economic problems look like a cakewalk. Good luck to all
I might go if the EIPP numbers cover my medical for a few years. The Trump economy is an absolutely horrific environment to retire in though. We shall see.
