@aa I know, what kind of sickos bother to go on an anonymous board to make fun and mock persons that are simply expressing their displeasure in the way a company is being ran?! I mean, what’s it to you, if people want to openly express their frustrations on here?! I think it is better than other alternatives.
And besides, it is not like executives are bothering to check out this site…or at least I would hope they have more pressing concerns to work on. So, why are you in say an HR role or a middle level leader (e.g. Director, Associate Director, Manager, Vice President) concerning yourself THAT much to bother mocking people for venting. For one, you also are NOTHING to this company so why think your misplaced loyalty actually means anything?! And two, don’t you agree in free speech?!
I think whomever are wasting time getting on people for venting and expressing themselves, need to grow up! Many of the folks venting have not had a raise in years are having to take on increased workloads for those that have left, and they know that their professional carriers are still in jeopardy.

@a7 haha that doesn’t mean much. I have yet to actually meet one person in a “higher level” that deserves it. It literally feels like a company that picks up strays off the street with no education and no experience and put them in a higher role, and then wonder why the company isn’t run well. Good luck though. Higher pay, first to go. 👋

There is no happy middle ground. Either stay and ride it out or quit and leave. People were so worried about being laid off only to not be laid off and now they're crying about not being laid off. If you don't want to be there then just quit and leave. Plenty of folks did just that.
It is a slap in the face to everyone who has had to ride out the shitstorm to be on here complaining about not knowing whether you will have a job or not, only not to be laid off, or to have been laid off and wish your date is later etc. Just be grateful I don't know why this lot of people doesn't know how to just be grateful for something.
