1 month sev for year of service?
For the rest its still bad, no increment. Falling stock. What else?

Both a Director and a VP that were let go yesterday (Wed) were given 6 months severance. Both of them had 20+ years of experience. Some who were eligible were given the option to retire, some were not.
I thought it was 3 months severance after a year when I got laid off a few years ago. Must be grade-dependent.
Do they set up meeting with manager, hr??

Depends on your pay grade. The severance SPD is on FUEL.
It’s two weeks per year of service. Cap is 26 weeks.
