I have been at the same store for over three years now and it is crazy how much things have gone downhill. No communication from anyone, they refuse to bring in help and instead keep cutting people, and they keep dodging the raises they promised us. It feels like they are squeezing every last drop out of the people who stayed without giving anything back in return.

lol three years ago when you were bright eyed and new, all the existing folks said the same thing, and three years before that, and three years before that. You can’t stay at the top forever. Things swing up, swing back down. If you can’t hang, just say that. And as far as “not giving anything back in return”, Don Draper said it best… that’s what the money was for!
I don’t recommend anyone to apply at this mess and highly yesmen leadership company and transformations forever one after another before you settle on one.
@e9 Verizon has been a sinking ship for years. They have lost market share year over year, network reliability and every type of employee related satisfaction. 80% of the workforce has no trust in the direction of the company. Just because something is big doesn't make it good.
@OP , congrats on making it to three and a half years. I know how tough it is to be on the ”front lines”. You alluded that the place has gone ”downhill” since you got there. Perhaps, the problem might be you? Working for a Fortune 500 company (ranked 29th in 2026), with the best network, is not for everyone. Good luck in your future endeavors.
