They push us on career development, offer resume writing and behavioral interview guidance. Push us to be the best in our position BUT there's no place in the company we can go. No jobs posted for us to even apply to. Mobility? This company offers little to none. Do better, work harder, move nowhere and the yearly compensation is cr-p.

No jobs available! Managers were not made aware of the program. I felt bad for the recruiter I worked with, she had nothing to offer. It’s a pilot program, maybe it is better served in another group of team members.
When you are laying off 10,000 to 15,000 employees a year for 6 years, there just isn't the growth for a lot of internal movement. Many groups will not backfill a job whether the person exits on their own or is tossed out. They take it as a "cost save" and make the rest of the team absorb the work-- So, there's no opportunity for people to move up.
It's all lip service.
You are dense if you are not understanding the intent. This bank is inefficient with deep layers of management and the inherent bureaucracy. There are still many old timer sitting at the top cruising and collecting easy paychecks. With help from AI and surveillance tools available, Charlie and company will get it cleaned up eventually.

It's been that way since the Rothschild's bought the globalist. They were from Frankfurt, Germany. Lots of good things from there......such as Frankfurt School of Critical Thought (lessness). Always got to stick their nose in everything.

This is a tough company to move around in. It’s been this way since WF took over Wachovia. Best option is to leave and come back at a stronger level or salary.
Even during the good times, internal mobility was sketchy, at best.
