Has anyone signed their severance agreement yet? It says you have to receive your final paycheck, that would be this Friday. Payroll is most likely processed already. Will this negate the agreement?

@a1 you should have gotten a email from workday to your personal email on file. If you still haven’t received it I would contact HR

@cs I have the Dayforce app (iPhone) download for many years. Then used the new login which was sent via email by work-day (not the CN# but the USERID that was set up for the VSP. I reset the password that also come via email then use that for the Dayforce app.

Mine is not taking my login info on the app.
I took the VSP. I signed my agreement on Friday 9/4. Same exit day. Today I checked the Dayforce app and I see my paycheck for this coming Friday. The only difference is that they doubled the medical/vision/dental deduction which makes sense as I won’t have another paycheck and need to be paid for the month. Got the equipment return email, which I will return today, so now just need to know about the Cobra coverage and get the severance. 🙏🏼
I interpret the information in my ISP notification letter and guide to mean that I would receive the General Release Agreement (“Release”) on or after my separation date. Whether the agreement will be negated depends on unsatisfactory work performance and what they stipulated in the General Release. I'm basing this on my ISP benefit letter and guide. So take what I shared with a grain of salt and read your notification letter and the benefits guide.
It says on the vsp website you can sign it before receiving last paycheck. Look at the statement before clicking the link for the pdf document

I was VSP and confirmed with HR today that signing prior to receiving your last paycheck would not affect the receipt of your last paycheck or severance payment.
I was ISP and still have not received the agreement.
