@d5 Their ego is stroked only when everyone can see the size of the audience. We cannot so they don't give a damn. The fewer the better for them. But we lose out on not keeping informed. All in all not going is a loss for us not them.
@d5 IDGAF about their ego, IGAF about staying informed for my own protection. That is the only reason I go.
Just a FYI Elavon is starting to add the CMB Fee $25.00 to the Business Essentials accounts. So no longer free after a few months. Also Elavon is 25-27% of the business revenue.
Quit attending these calls. They are useless, disingenuous, and a waste of time. Save your sanity and go for a walk instead, your work, anything is better then st-----g their ego. I wonder what would happen if no one showed? They could present their bs deck to themselves.
I asked about compensation increases when we hit the trillion dollar growth that isn’t just for the sake of growth. Deleted. Coworker sitting next to me asked one and it got deleted. They were working fast with the delete button.
Call should have carried an invite to a PCS call not PMI.
Not much conversation about the operation or happenings within PMI, it was all about consumer and small business card issuing, not about the payment processing services from PMI. The bank has done nothing to assist in the growth of the PMI merchant portfolion, doing just the opposite, making MPS/PMI unappealing to merchant customers and the much ballooned Business Essentials cost MPS in excess of $3.5 million in fraud losses.
The deleted question was "Is MPS/PMI really relevant in the payment universe anymore or just a loss leader for the bank, since the current leadership at MPS/PMI seems unable and severely inexperienced to make a difference, trying to run the U.S. business from the EU has been an abject failure. The MPS/PMI business continues to contract to the point does it matter anymore.
They do that every session. PollEV is going away entirely because they don't want to hear from us.
But thank goodness MR continues to delightfully delight delighted customers who are at the center of everything we do.
What got deleted? I saw low volume of questions but I didn’t see any disappear until they were getting answered. Just curious.
