Industry standard is remote still - Verizon and T mo still fully remote or hybrid. They have to come in if there’s a big meeting or something but they duck out as soon as it’s over. Got friends that work at both places. T is the only one that’s 5x still. Lots of other companies that initially announced 5x rolled that back to hybrid already as it was a losing strategy and cost the company more money than it was worth.

Our CEO sent out a message stating that your opinions do not matter and the only ones that do are that of his own. The toxic culture that he has created is here to stay. If you don’t like, you know where the exit door is. In addition, employee loyalty is dead and no longer welcomed here.
That was the action taken… As far as I am concerned.
If all you can say is “industry standard,” as the reason for anything, you’ll never be a front runner. You’ll just be sitting on the same row as your competitors. You need to be the one setting new standards. Better standards.
