My manager gave me a PIP with objectives that are completely subjective and unmeasurable. This is nothing more than a classic we-ponized PIP move and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fight it?

If this is possible then good. If not Capone will brutalize all legacy discover employees.
Discover will finesse capone by replacing all of their employees. I tell you this from a remote Connecticut location working in legacy credit card collections team
That's the way that Capone and other companies do it. Because they hedging you don't have the money to sue. It's totally illegal.
Yes. That's the way God wants it. C@NCER !!!
The one who sold Discover to CapOne should definitely die a painful cancer death
Capone will die of c@ncer just watch. C@NCER.
You meant don't sign a pip. Let them fire you.
A manager at Capone told me that HR was making her contact an employee who went on medical leave to come back to work. HR wanted this manager to then put her on a PIP for bad performance. There are also other employees at Capone that went on medical leave and were immediately fired when they got back.
It's illegal but Capone thinks those victims can't afford a lawyer or know what to do. Capone must be shutdown.
You’re not getting off a PIP. Take the severance and layoff and call it a win.
It's illegal but they're banking on you having the money to hire a lawyer. Never sign you "below strong" review in workday not even acknowledging it. You opt out of the PIP and let them fire you and get severance and unemployment. Otherwise, you need to find a lawyer.
Never sign pip let them fire you.
