Since company is going bad to worse, no matter what they do, though ppl slog 10 hours in person, no merit ,,no promotion only problem after problem, remote work is one hope, lets see

@ph i know do he slept with. She still works here. Was an intern from my batch. He was Director at that time. Well head of country. She is scared
@pg please complain to hr. But risk being fired after. He’s a vp so nothing will happen. He is also the guy who slept with a young female associate which is so wrong. I don’t work here anymore but he should be exited.

@bn the entire leadership is such. His manager, his peers all have the mindset that promotes them at the cost of employees.
Since March I’ve worked 2/4 weekends each month.
@a1 make sure your manager gets fired.. that fat bellied middle aged worthless/skill less bald headed constipated a-s hole can not get another tech job. Walmart is inviting them..
@b2 Mike wouldn't do anything because he comes from banking and people in the banking industry are notoriously conservative.
That's just not enough for me. I don't know any other company that requires their employees in 5 days. The most I've seen is 4. Mike should have undone that on his first day. Very disappointed he didn't. And now I'm over it. Even if Takis does it, I'm still looking for another job. The culture su-ks. It feels dead in the office. People are sad, scared about layoffs, and unmotivated.
@a1 With a manager like that, I hope you're looking for another job. He/she sounds awful.
Would doing this places work in your home / your sanctuary actually make things any better
Sure you would get a bit more time back and save some costs but all the underlying problems will still be there
Don't be fooled by things that are basic minimums at so many other companies since covod

@OP where are you finding remote work options. The only remote work I get is when my manager assigns tasks and says do it on the weekend sit for 3-4 hours.
And during promotions says company doing bad be glad we’re not being let go, leadership doing so much for us.
