Class action BYOD termination lawsuit

Does anyone have contact info for the BYOD termination lawsuit? Apparently a few people gathered some solid evidence that they were singled out and targeted. I left the company back in January and would love to provide witness testimony in the lawsuit. I can prove that most store employees and managers participated in the same very thing that a few select were terminated for.

Our district manager would come to our store when they would see we weren't getting enough BYOD AAL and literally would process an entire transaction using a rep POS. Offering any where from $200- $300 instant bill credit plus activation and upgrade fee waived. So many escalations and managers would pretend to be busy or run to the back. I was laid off back in january and I couldn't be more happier. Get out while you can.

I am a Senior Manager that was getting in trouble and being told I needed to write up my reps that weren’t getting enough BYOD’s. I declined! I instructed my team to make a note in the remarks when they do a BYOD documenting what the customer stated they were using it for to cover themselves because it always comes back to this. I also documented in DL that I had instructed my team to do remark the account.

@ka+1m1y4qy8m . Yeah that makes a lot of sense, rep A gets caught stealing 1 pair of airpods and rep B 10 pairs but let us only fire rep A. If Verizon ever admitted to a “ threshold” it would be a slam dunk win for the reps involved. Thats solid proof they targeted reps. Nobody is arguing that something was done wrong but some of these practices are encouraged by leadership. Selectively firing reps where everyone is guilty of doing the same shttt is discriminatory behavior or selective rules enforcement.

@g8 hardly.

They draw a line statistically based on volume and % of sales thresholds. Above the line, you get investigated. Below the line, you don't. All of this is vetted with legal. They can't investigate and fire everyone.

Nice try

Translation: I was slamming customers, but everyone else was doing it too, so I'm bitter I got caught.
