Does anyone feel like this release was written horribly?? Are you signing? Was this legal?

@c6 just because Legal reviewed something doesn’t mean it’s correct. I’ve worked with Centene Legal and trust me they make mistakes just like everyone else.
I'm having a lawyer review mine first.
There is conflicting language related to the last paycheck, which made me decide to reach out to HR about that.
Section 7 includes a declaration that you have received all "regular" remuneration or language like that, including payroll on the date you sign.
But, further down the document and per the HR person I spoke to, your last pay period will be paid on the regular schedule.
To be safe, i'm not signing the release till I see the money hit my bank account, but that was the only noticeable issue I saw in my paperwork.
IANAL, and I cannot be certain your paperwork is exactly the same as mine-so if you are uncomfortable, having a lawyer review it is a good idea.

@ae Sure, because Centene’s army of lawyers didn’t review this at all. “attorney on stand by” to take your money and then say yes, of course it’s legal.
@OP I haven't received anything yet, and I'm not sure how it's being determined that some people already have paperwork while others do not.

@OP I have an attorney to review he’s on stand by waiting for this cr-p. Advised me NOT to sign until he has reviewed. O would recommend the same
