Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

There are at least 2 other law firms also conducting independent investigations.

I've been saying for 2 years that this was coming, only to be told I'm not a "team player" for even bringing up the issues that I observe.

Never did like lawyers and now the company is led by one.

Its obvious the corporate management shills stepped into this thread.

@jm I second that, working at L3Harris is not about you, it's not about taking care of your family, it's not about making the customer successful, it's about making the investors happy so they continue to pour their money into the corporation. The corporation does not care about the well being of the employees, all they care about is the bottom line, and the return on investment to the investors. The lawyers are just there to clean up the problems created by incompetent management on all levels. The company is rotting with lawyers and no focus on making the customer successful.

L3Harris is literally a group of dirty investors and lawyers who attempt to manage a war contracting company with horrible results.

The creepy vultures are the a--hats that are ruining a lot of hard working folks lives, with their lust and greed.

@ab There are currently four major shareholder law firms that have publicly announced investigations into L3Harris Technologies.

These firms are all running parallel, independent investigations following the sudden departure of CEO Christopher Kubasik. They are competing to gather enough affected investors to formally file and lead a consolidated shareholder class-action lawsuit.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential federal securities law violations on behalf of purchasers.

Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP is focused specifically on whether directors and officers breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders, particularly regarding the terms of Kubasik's separation agreement.

Pomerantz LLP is investigating potential securities fraud and unlawful business practices.

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP (SBS Law) is investigating whether the company made false or misleading statements to the public leading up to the executive ouster.

Now the CK firing isn’t (just) about an affair ?!

This is the 2nd law firm to investigate suspicious LHX financial activities. UH OH.
