Does he not realize that the only reason he has billions laying around is us, his employees? The least he could do while soaking up all this praise is thank us for making him so wealthy. I mean good leaders know it’s their teams that do it,

MD doesn't give two shiiits about the employees at Dell, except those who are on his friends & family plan.
