Do your job EXACTLY how you’re supposed to.
They are hoping people will quit rather than have any negative PR news while the merger is in the works. They also want to MAPS coach people out the door as a way to reduce head count and blame that action on the employees saying they were unsafe workers to avoid any company sponsored layoffs. Expect to be coached for having the wrong color socks on!
So vena cuts the mech & engineering depts over 30%. Now with the merger going on they are wanting to force the remaining craft employees to work more overtime??? What is happening that they now want everyone to work on their days off? Managers have been saying for years that we are “right sized” ?
