I got displaced this Tuesday. I have some RSU locked until 2028. Do I lose all of them?
I think the only scenarios you can vest is retirement or death.

Log into the system to see the RSUs and you can open the document for each time you received them. This explains how they will vest.

You can still apply for and accept a job, though, as long as your start date is after your 60-day non-working period, right?
You keep them and they best in regular schedule. Just don’t break terms of severance agreement by taking job during 60 day non working. Best of luck you will find the right thing
You only lose them if you quit or get fired. Not displaced
I was displaced back in late-April and I still have my RSUs.
