@g1 I am not the person you are posting about and for what it’s worth, I personally try to never “work any system to my advantage.”
However, I must say, if you think that your CEO and all of the C-suite Executives and for that matter probably most of the Vice Presidents and Directors are not working the system to their advantage, then you must either be lying or very naive.
So, get off your high horse when the real working class are out there just trying to survive. Most persons at these corporations are very lucky to even get a 3% annual raise that does not even keep up with inflation. And my guess is many do not get a raise at all.
So, shame on you for seeking to shame someone that was forced out while you still have your cushy job.
@ec coaching alone no, but that can lead to a PIP and the termination before the vsp exit date which would disqualify you.
@dk Does a coaching step disqualify you from getting the VSP or something once it’s been approved? I am just confused because my date is also Dec 11th.
@d8 i got severance in july. My last day was 5/29 and i got paid on 6/5- last paycheck. I signed my “agreement” as soon as i got it and didnt get severance on 6/19 but on july 3. The 7 day period for it to be active eats out time for payroll to process so it skips the next pay period. Therefore, i would assume the same this time around, even if u get the agreement to sign next week tuesday, it will skip bext friday pay period, include 7 says that takes u to sep 14 before payroll even starts processing it, so its not going to hit the the 18th pay period, - severance takes longer- so most likely the 25th.

I have a 12/11 departure date with a new job starting in October. I am obviously not getting my VSP money. I was put on coaching this week with pending FMLA leave starting 9/11. They're really going overboard with trying to run me and others out to avoid payouts. I'm pretty jealous of you 9/4 people because that was my dream and plan when I applied for new jobs months ago.
@af do you know this definitely? Technically next pay date after 9/11 final is 9/25, why wouldn't it be paid then? That would leave everyone broke for two weeks. Just wondering if this already happened to you because I'm concerned with bills and life. I5s hard not knowing when the money will come

I went from being stressed to the max to just down right pi---d off. I actually have a new job but haven’t let Centene know yet as I can’t start my new job until December. I can’t wait until I get to tell them to sc--w off soon. This company is run so poorly. Every people leader I have met or worked with is a complete id--t. They fight with one another. They are immature. This company has so many fraudulent things they are doing that I have personally witnessed and will be sharing once I leave. Best thing to do is get out of this dump before it takes everyone down.
@ad u get ur severance 1-2 pay periods after u sign the release which u should get a link to ur personal email to do a temp workday account set up to access it. Please make sure ur personal email is set up on workday now. If u sign it as soon as u get it next week u should get direct depost on the 9th of october. It has a 7 day waiting period and then there is payroll processing so expect it by the 9th.
Nope, the lack of communication is real, it's been eerily quiet, and nothing on when we get our severance. Too many unknowns.....
I was laid off and rehired in a different role….my dept now seems secure, we are hiring but that doom and gloom feeling is so familiar.
