Intel execs are barking up the wrong tree. RTO or a set number of hours is not the problem. They're just not turning the mirror on themselve and hoping to make some big changes then bolt with a big payout.

@th Intel is way too much of a pu--y to do this. HR is only tracking two days in the office with no amount of time in the office to be counted. Never gonna fu--ing happen.
Would your laptop have different IP address when on site than outside your office? Badging is not the only way to track.
Been hearing this exact thing for a couple of weeks, 100% believe it’s real. They did a quiet study on coffee badging (or badging at an unmanned entrance, then driving off without even opening the door). Results were “unacceptable”. They also said that the constant whining about RTO gave the impression that abuse was rampant, so that’s why they looked.
Oh, and 5 day RTO is under strong consideration too, thanks to this.
