Somehow think not that many were impacted this round but I was. For those from NOVA who are still around (probably due to various stabilisation issues from W3), do start looking out for an opportunity, this company don’t care about retaining talent and growing talent..
This is why I have zero respect for Solventum or its leadership!! But I am shafting them back… I took another job and still cashing checks here since everything is on back order…. Paybacks hair plugs… paybacks….
NOVA travel, very important. We sat on Brookings on hard plastic chairs listening to other people take calls. Couldn't have done that in St Paul!
