@p9 what acutally does signavio actually build. All I have seen is a few flow chart ui's for modeling processes but not a lot more. It seems to not actually produce a lot of value for all it gets mentioned or is spent on.
@k0 why will there be an incentive? SAP is doubling down in AI hoping that AI can replace thousands of employees and all profits can go to executives.
Truth be told here's one thing we know is happening in September. Signavio is spending 17,5 million Euros for their annual party called Code Camp. I cannot get a little budget for my team to meet in another German state and these Signavio people are flying employees from all over the world and they have a resort booked for a week. While we struggle with budget cuts and travel freezes, Andre Wenz will spend more than we usually spend on Sapphire just so he can celebrate his promotion and spend more time with Diana Viet.

Has Anyone apply for an internal role recently ? HR are telling people that the role will entail new responsibilities but your pay won't increase... I mean where is the incentive for colleagues to join new teams on the AI journey.. maybe this is the strategy to get people out the door... who knows anymore!!
An army of certain toxic colleagues is busy policing everyone else’s competence - down to the last comma and full stop. They have an impressive eye for other people’s shortcomings, and a rather less developed one for their own. Complaints, backstabbing and petty point-scoring are dressed up as governance. The devils are running the show - and dressing it up as due process. From a little higher up, the whole theater is remarkably easy to see. The impressive part is pretending it is work.
Bond yields are going up. SAP interest costs will sky-rocket. I've been applying for many AI jobs but it's so bad at the moment the pay grades are more or less the same everywhere.
Another thread where everyone can take a guess and make it sound like they are in the know. Sorry but unless I hear it from a L1 it’s more than likely someone's best guess.
No layoffs before Tech Ed Berlin where Joule Work will be announced as GA. Layoffs come early next year till then have a great end of year ;)
