Probably the exit of Martin Schroeter due to all the fraud allegations and poor performance.
Kyndryl is toast, IBM knew it when they spun off all of IBM bad business and overhead of resources into this mess. I think they truly tried to make it work but end of the day, its bad business that will eventually die, I worked there in the past and I truly feel bad for those still there.
They're gonna hire more VPs.
I recommend current leadership figure out how to make the left hand work with the right hand.
When they first announced the name I thought it sounded like a stripper. "Now welcome to the stage, Kyndryl!"
Well the only strategy they have is to move more services to India. The whole business relies on charging top rate for services and then out sourcing it....
