I just very recently found out that you laid off our daughter for some kind of fake intelligence software?!
Do you know how much it cost us to send her to school for that train and how hard she worked to get her degree.
She has worked for your organization for over a decade and now you throw her away like a piece of trash?!

They will find any reason to get rid of anyone at this point so we can hire more VP, SVP or Ps. Like how many of these does one company need? Leadership has gone downhill, they do not truly care. They only care about the bottom line. Sending our work overseas. Mr. Jones didn't create this company to watch it all go across the pond. They are soulless snakes in the grass. Much like all corporations unfortunately.
Get what you can out of your time there and go start your own company and treat those around you better. Best decision I made was to leave. Watching this company now from the outside has opened my eyes to the toxicity it is. I'm sure the employee survey will come out soon. I wouldn't tell the truth as they can figure out who you are especially if you are on a small team. Just blow smoke up their rear end like they are yours.
@em If you are referring to what the OP wrote about fake intelligence software, they were probably were meaning artificial intelligence. My guess is that you already knew that. If the OP is still reading this site and thread, my sincerest apologies for my coworker.

@j5 In a lot of ways, infidelity to one’s own country is as bad or worse that infidelity to one’s spouse. Both are disgusting and disgraceful.

I don’t think much of Jim as I think that he is probably a liberal hipster dufus that believes in globalism and has no allegiance to the very country that provides him his privileged life and probably never served a day in the military and if ever given the opportunity never would.
I've been telling everyone this since Jim came on board. He filed for Ch11 at Envision, then left to come here. He was brought in to sell us or bankrupt us too. Bruce couldn't sell us, so now they're counting on Jim.
Can one of the parents elaborate on the software and what it supposedly found? 🙂
They don’t care. They’ll just keep raking in the money that was built on the corpses of everyone they’ve ki-led to get to the top.

@a1 Probably. That's kind of the playbook happening all over. It's like an MLM where certain people at the top get paid a lot regardless, and then take things out on the lower levels, or blame them for not achieving certain goals and objectives, but they're usually the ones that are so out of touch in the first place.
